本研究在国内外首次研制了镍冶炼矿热电炉的三维电、热解析模型及计算机仿真软件,并通过现场测试和模型试验对金川16500kVA矿热电炉的仿真结果进行了验证。运用这一模型可快速、直观地计算并显示出电炉内部各处的电压、电流、功率、温度及热流分布,计算出电炉的操作电阻、化料量、电能单耗及热平衡。依据这些信息可对电炉的结构参数与操作条件进行技术经济评价与优化。
In this study, the three-dimensional electric and thermal analytical model and computer simulation software for the nickel smelting electric furnace were developed for the first time both at home and abroad. The simulation results of the 165000kVA thermal electric furnace in Jinchuan were verified through field tests and model tests. The model can be used to calculate and display the voltage, current, power, temperature and heat flow distribution in the interior of the furnace quickly and intuitively, and calculate the operating resistance, chemical mass, power consumption and thermal balance of the furnace. Based on these information, the technical parameters of the electric furnace and operating conditions for technical and economic evaluation and optimization.
