本实验将犬分成两个剂量组、A 组每条犬中毒总量约为4.5克钍;B 组每条犬中毒总量约为24毫克钍。结果表明,A 组在肝或脾内所造成的年剂量率可达169—362拉德/年。在 A 组的中毒剂最下,可观察到明显的染色体畸变率升高,而 B 组未能发现随机性或非随机性效应。
In this experiment, the dogs were divided into two dose groups. The total amount of poisoning in each dog in group A was about 4.5 grams of thorium. The total amount of poisoning in each dog in group B was about 24 mg of thorium. The results showed that group A in the liver or spleen caused by the annual dose rate of up to 169-362 rad / year. In Group A, the lowest toxicant showed a significant increase in the rate of chromosomal aberrations, while Group B failed to find random or non-random effects.
