卵巢癌是严重威胁女性生命健康的生殖器官肿瘤,其早期诊断困难,极易发生转移,其中卵巢癌的脾脏转移临床相对少见,常作为多器官转移的一部分被发现。因其发病率相对较低,不易引起临床医师的重视,本文将从临床特征、病理类型、诊断、手术治疗及预后等方面对卵巢癌脾转移的研究进展进行综述。 Ovarian cancer is a genital tumor that threatens the life and health of women. It is difficult to diagnose and metastasize easily. The spleen metastasis of ovarian cancer is relatively rare and is often found as a part of multiple organ metastases. Because of its relatively low incidence, not easy to arouse the attention of clinicians, this article from the clinical features, pathological types, diagnosis, surgical treatment and prognosis aspects of ovarian cancer spleen metastasis are reviewed.
