The responsibility system of contracted management of enterprises, as a management method of socialist enterprises with Chinese characteristics, is an exploration and practice under the guidance of the theory of appropriate separation of ownership and management rights. Our factory has implemented a contract responsibility system since 1987. Practice in the past four years has not only ensured the country’s fiscal revenue and improved the lives of employees, but also invigorated the enterprise, used the company’s autonomy to develop production and management, improved economic efficiency, and strengthened scientific research and development. Achievements have been made in terms of technological progress and management of enterprises. Looking back at the implementation of the contract responsibility system during the past four years, we have deeply realized that the contract responsibility system is a new type of operating mechanism formed during the reform of the economic system. through
