本文论述了自校正调节器在煤系针状焦制备试验中的应用。首先为了满足工艺试验的需要和特点,对采用自校正调节器,比例、积分、微分调节器的两种控制方法进行了计算机仿真比较试验。根据仿真结果分析及工艺过程参数慢变化的特点,采用了自适应控制技术——自校正调节器。在试验前进行了多次的调试确定了 β_0,λ,T 等参数,同时在相同的工艺试验条件下对两种控制方法做了工艺对比试验。产品质量指标分析的结果表明,采用自校正调节器的方法提高了针状焦产品质量,为煤系针状焦扩大工艺生产提供了可靠的控制方法。
This article discusses the application of self-tuning regulator in the preparation of coal-based needle coke. First of all, in order to meet the needs and characteristics of the process test, the computer simulation of the two control methods using self-tuning regulator, proportional, integral and differential regulator was carried out. According to the analysis of the simulation results and the characteristics of the slow variation of the process parameters, adaptive control technology is used - self-tuning regulator. Several tests before the test to determine the β_0, λ, T and other parameters, at the same time in the same process conditions for the two control methods to do a process comparison test. The results of product quality index analysis show that the method of self-tuning adjuster improves the quality of needle coke products and provides a reliable control method for coal-based needle coke expansion process.
