The thesis first proposed and discussed that the nuclear operating unit is the main body of the safety culture of nuclear power and is responsible for the safety of nuclear power comprehensively and legal person. Then it expounds the characteristics of safety culture of nuclear power operation. Finally, it points out the assessment of safety culture of nuclear power, Quantitative assessment of comprehensive performance indicators of nuclear power plants.
