为了诊断模拟电路中的软故障和多故障,提出一种新的基于模拟电路节点电压增量关系方程的分析方法,并证明了各节点电压在随元件参数变化时,电压增量之间关系满足线性相关性。利用线性相关系数作为故障特征,提出新的模拟电路故障字典法。与传统方法字典法相比,新的字典法不仅能够诊断电路的单故障、多故障、硬故障和参数故障,而且能够同时适用于直流诊断和交流诊断。在交流诊断中,节点电压的取值范围从实数域扩展至复数域。
In order to diagnose soft faults and multi-faults in analog circuits, a new analytical method based on the voltage-dependent relationship of nodes in analog circuits is proposed. It is also proved that the relationship between the voltage increments at each node voltage varies with the component parameters Linear correlation. Using the linear correlation coefficient as the fault feature, a new analog circuit fault dictionary method is proposed.
