山东省泰安市供销社围绕卖难办工业,实现了农业增产、农民增收、供销社增效的目标。一是针对全市产棉区不同程度的卖棉难实际,他们坚持不拒收、不限收、不压级压价收的“三不收”原则。据统计,2001年他们的棉花收购量达到1.31万吨,收入达到1.44亿元,占社办工业总产值的13%。仅此一项,使全市农民人均增收124元。
