目的:研究从糖耐量正常、糖耐量减低至糖尿病的发展过程中臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的变化,探讨其baPWV与HCY的关系。方法:60例患者,其中糖耐量正常、糖耐量减低、2型糖尿病各20例。每例均采用全自动动脉硬化仪测定baPWV及化学发光法定量检测HCY。结果:从糖耐量正常、糖耐量减低至糖尿病,随着糖代谢异常的加重,baPWV逐渐升高(P<0.05),HCY逐渐升高(P<0.05),且两者变化之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:baPWV与HCY具有良好的相关性,二者均对了解糖尿病早期动脉硬化及其程度有一定的价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and plasma homocysteine (HCY) during the period from normal glucose tolerance to impaired glucose tolerance to the development of diabetes mellitus (DM), and to explore the relationship between baPWV and HCY. Methods: Sixty patients, including normal glucose tolerance, impaired glucose tolerance, 20 type 2 diabetes mellitus. In each case, baPWV and chemiluminescence were used to detect HCY quantitatively by automatic arteriosclerosis instrument. Results: From normal glucose tolerance to glucose tolerance, baPWV increased gradually (P <0.05) and HCY increased gradually (P <0.05) with the increase of glucose metabolism abnormality, and there was a positive correlation between the two P <0.05). Conclusion: baPWV and HCY have a good correlation, both of which have a certain value in understanding the early stage of atherosclerosis and its extent in diabetes.
