国企很大的问题就是动力问题,怎样使国企的领导和员工都有动力,也未必只有给股份这样的方法,华谊集团这两年推动的就是下属企业经营团队“1+X+Y”考核激励机制,其中,1是基本薪,X是考核薪,Y是激励薪,也就是创造业绩的增量。“1+X+Y”激励机制的本质是,鼓励经营团队为企业创造价值的同时,也获得相应的回报。我想,这种激励方式由于目标明确,奖罚分明,故能激发企业内在活力和动力。
