采用辊弯成形工艺能够获得强度高、性能好、形状复杂和精度较高的工件,而现阶段应用CAD-CAE技术对辊弯工艺的分析较少。本文以辊弯成形工艺生产“U”型槽铝材波形板为实例,应用有限元模拟软件进行波形板辊弯工艺研究,通过设计一系列不同辊型的轧制道次逐步获得所需板料形状。在辊弯成形分析过程中,首先建立1450 mm板材模型,设计出合理的辊弯角度;对辊弯板材进行滚花设计及应变分析;对模拟结果进行描述和分析,并与辊弯成形实验结果进行对比,最终设计出合理的辊弯机组。研究结果表明,采用此辊弯工艺所成形的波形板零件具有表面质量好、尺寸精度高等优点。
