为了解决不同物料的选择性破碎问题,以井下煤和矸石破碎分离机为例,采用液压式选择性破碎的方法,结合对辊破碎机的结构,从破碎辊筒运动与液压缸受力的角度进行分析,确定了选择性破碎的条件,并导出了液压缸推力与物料抗压强度、物料粒度、物料与辊筒接触状况以及辊筒结构之间的数学表达式,为后续设计高效率选择性破碎机提供了理论依据。
