研究了氯化甲基三烷基铵(N263)萃淋树脂在Cl-介质中吸附Au(Ⅲ)的性能.就酸度、Cl-浓度、温度对吸附过程的影响及吸附动力学进行了实验,发现该树脂的萃金性能优良,吸附容量大于200mgAu(Ⅲ)/g干树脂.通过动态实验得到了上柱、洗脱过程的最佳条件.还对实际含金样品的浸出液进行分离、分析,获得了满意的结果.
The adsorption properties of Au (Ⅲ) on Cl-media by methyltriethylammonium chloride (N263) extraction resin were studied. The effects of acidity, Cl- concentration and temperature on the adsorption process and adsorption kinetics were studied. The results showed that the resin has excellent gold extraction performance and the adsorption capacity is more than 200mgAu (Ⅲ) / g dry resin. Through dynamic experiments, the optimum conditions of column and elution were obtained. The leaching solution of the actual gold-bearing sample was also separated and analyzed, and satisfactory results were obtained.
