男患,55岁,农民。反复发作性意识障碍22天,于1986年4月14日收入院.患者十余年前曾患“传染性肝炎”,平素能胜任各种生产劳动。入院前22天无明显诱因,突然发生神志恍惚,全身大汗淋漓,并胡言乱语,持续约一小时后缓解。此后,反复多次发作意识障碍,多于每日黎明起病,发作时鼾声大作,呼之不应,有时全身震颤,大汗,小便失禁。急症按“肝昏迷”,输给葡萄糖液、谷氨酸、精氨酸等治疗。发作间隙其智力、思维如常人。查体:T36,8℃,P80次,R20次,Bp17.3/10.7kPa(130/80mmng)。神清,精神差,语言流畅,
