作为首期注册会计师行业领军人才后备队伍的一员,笔者有幸参加了首期注册会计师行业领军人才境外培训班,与英国职业会计师协会及会计师事务所的同仁进行了为期三周的学习与交流。在境外培训期间,英国的职业会计师资格考试制度及英国会计师事务所“以人为本”的治理理念,给我留下了深刻的印象,也引发了我对中国注册会计师行业国际化人才培养的一些思考。
As a member of the first phase of the reserve pool of leading talents in the CPA industry, I was fortunate to have participated in the first overseas training class of CPA industry leaders and conducted three-week learning and exchange with colleagues of the British Institute of Professional Accountants and CPAs. During the period of overseas training, I was deeply impressed by the professional qualification examination system in Britain and the management philosophy of “accounting at the people” in the UK. I also caused some of my training of internationalized personnel in the Chinese CPA industry Thinking.
