直升机旋翼固有频率的合理配置是其动力学设计的关键之一 ,除了分析计算外 ,在型号研制中还必须进行试验校验。本文介绍了一种对全尺寸旋翼在旋转状态下通过自动倾斜器激振 ,对应变响应的分析找出其固有频率的试验方法。针对旋翼试验中干扰因素多等特点 ,提出了一种将时域数据分段处理的新方法。在找挥舞二阶固有频率的过程中 ,经过认真的分析研究 ,对一个与之接近的频率给出了合理的解释。
The proper configuration of the helicopter rotor natural frequency is one of the key points of its dynamic design. In addition to the analysis and calculation, it is also necessary to carry out the test verification in the model development. This paper presents a test method for finding the natural frequency of a full-scale rotor by analyzing the response of a strain gimbal excited by an automatic tilter under a rotating condition. Aiming at the characteristics of many disturbances in rotor tests, a new method of segmenting time-domain data is proposed. In the process of finding and waving the second-order natural frequency, after careful analysis and research, a reasonable explanation is given for a frequency close to it.
