对某厂热风系统所发生过的材料失效问题进行了梳理,重点对煤气支管腐蚀失效、热风管系腐蚀失效、波纹补偿器开裂失效和热风炉炉壳开裂等问题展开了调查分析。结果表明:煤气支管因Cl、S和N的腐蚀性介质的冷凝水的存在,发生电化学腐蚀而引起材质失效;热风管系波纹补偿器则由于硝酸根腐蚀而引起材质失效;热风管波纹补偿器因高温疲劳断裂而发生爆裂;热风炉炉壳开裂的因素,则主要是由于有残余应力、交变应力和腐蚀介质的存在。
The problem of material failure occurred in the hot air system of a factory was reviewed. The problems of corrosive failure of the gas branch pipe, corrosive failure of the hot air duct, cracking failure of the bellows compensator and cracking of the hot blast furnace shell were investigated. The results show that the material of the gas branch pipe is electrochemically corroded due to the condensation of Cl, S and N corrosive media, and the material of the gas branch bellows is damaged due to nitrate corrosion.
