目的探讨血必净注射液对肾移植术后肺部感染患者治疗的效果。方法对39例行肾移植术并发肺部感染的患者在原治疗基础上采用血必净注射液静脉滴注,同时对患者的肾功能和生命体征进行监测,对患者血常规、尿常规、X线胸片和痰涂片进行复查。结果 39例患者经血必净治疗后痊愈33例,痊愈率84.6%,临床有效率97.4%;治疗后白细胞总数为(7.3±1.7)×109/L,明显低于治疗前的(13.7±2.9)×109/L,差异有统计学意义(t=22.27,P<0.05),氧分压指标治疗前和治疗后分别为(38.2±3.3)mm Hg和(83.1±5.4)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(t=-63.75,P<0.05)。结论血必净中药注射液可以改善患者的微循环,并可减少炎症相关因子的释放,调节免疫功能,对感染肺组织具有良好的保护和修复功效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection on patients with pulmonary infection after renal transplantation. Methods Thirty-nine patients undergoing renal transplantation complicated with pulmonary infection were treated with Xuebijing injection intravenously on the basis of the original treatment. At the same time, their renal function and vital signs were monitored. The blood routine, urine routine, X-ray Chest radiographs and sputum smears were reviewed. Results Thirty-three patients were cured after blood-purifying treatment. The cure rate was 84.6% and the clinical effective rate was 97.4%. The total number of leukocytes after treatment was (7.3 ± 1.7) × 109 / L, which was significantly lower than that before treatment (13.7 ± 2.9) × 109 / L, the difference was statistically significant (t = 22.27, P <0.05). The oxygen partial pressure index was (38.2 ± 3.3) mm Hg and (83.1 ± 5.4) mm Hg respectively before and after treatment Significance (t = -63.75, P <0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection can improve microcirculation and reduce the release of inflammatory related factors, regulate immune function and have good protection and repair effects on lung tissue.
