目的 分析有机磷农药中毒时心律失常情况。方法 685例有机磷农药中毒者 ,采用常规 12导联心电图和床边心电图监护 ,了解其心律失常类型。结果 685例有机磷农药中毒中 664例 ( 97% )发生各种类型心律失常 ,死亡 42例 ( 6 2 % ) ,其中 2 5例 ( 3 7% )与心律失常直接有关。痊愈出院前心律失常仅存在 5 2例 ( 7 6% )。中毒期与痊愈期比较有非常显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 有机磷农药中毒后可出现各种心律失常。产生机理与有机磷农药对心脏毒性、乙酰胆碱蓄积、自主神经功能紊乱、缺氧和电解质、酸碱紊乱等有关。早期认识并处理心律失常可减少死亡率
Objective To analyze the arrhythmia of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 685 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, using conventional 12-lead ECG and bedside ECG monitoring to understand the type of arrhythmia. Results A total of 684 cases (97%) of 685 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning had various types of arrhythmia, with 42 deaths (62%), of which 25 (37%) were directly related to arrhythmia. There were only 52 cases (76%) of cardiac arrhythmias before discharge. There was a significant difference between poisoning and recovery (P <0.01). Conclusion Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can occur after a variety of arrhythmias. Mechanism and organophosphate pesticides on cardiac toxicity, acetylcholine accumulation, autonomic dysfunction, hypoxia and electrolytes, acid-base disorders and so on. Early recognition and management of arrhythmia can reduce mortality
