用国家标准方法 ,在严格的质量控制下 ,对 64份金丝枣进行了锌、铜、铁、锰、钾、钠、钙、镁、氟、碘、硒等 1 1种元素的测试分析 ,并将各元素与健康和疾病防治的关系进行了相关研究。结果表明 :金丝枣中锌、铜、铁、锰、氟、碘、硒等微量元素的含量高于外地枣 ,也高于其它木本水果 ;锌、铜、铁、锰各元素含量比值与人体需要量比值基本吻合 ,钙、镁比值与人体需要量比值完全吻合 ;金丝枣含常量元素的特点是高钾低钠 ;鲜枣质量优于干枣。故推荐金丝枣可作为慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、慢性肝炎、肝癌、贫血、过敏性紫癜、癔病患者和碘缺乏疾病患者的理想食疗品。
Using the national standard method, under the strict quality control, 64 samples of gold silk were tested for zinc, copper, iron, manganese, potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, fluorine, iodine, selenium and other elements. And related research has been done on the relationship between various elements and health and disease control. The results showed that the contents of trace elements such as zinc, copper, iron, manganese, fluorine, iodine, and selenium in Jinsi jujube were higher than those in other lands, but also higher than other woody fruits; the contents of zinc, copper, iron, and manganese were different. The ratio of human body needs is basically the same, and the ratio of calcium to magnesium is in complete agreement with the ratio of human body needs; the characteristics of the constant elements in gold silk jujube are high potassium and low sodium; the quality of fresh jujube is better than dry dates. Therefore, it is recommended that Jinsi jujube be an ideal therapeutic product for patients with chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer, chronic hepatitis, liver cancer, anemia, allergic purpura, rickets, and iodine deficiency disorders.
