利用FoxPro和ViewGIS相结合 ,针对小流域治理中存在的问题 ,建立开发了朝阳市水土保持动态监测与管理决策系统。此系统由属性数据管理子系统、图形图像数据管理子系统、措施规划与配置子系统、效益评价与预测子系统四大功能子系统组成。该系统在朝阳市水土保持规划及治理中得到了充分的应用 ,既节省了大量的人力、物力 ,提高了工作效率 ,又增加了水保规划与治理的准确性、科学性和客观性。为今后以高起点、高标准、高科技含量为标准的水土保持流域规划与治理工作提供了有力的技术保障。
Using the combination of FoxPro and ViewGIS, aiming at the existing problems in the small watershed management, a dynamic monitoring and management decision-making system of soil and water conservation in Chaoyang was established. This system consists of four subsystems: attribute data management subsystem, graphic image data management subsystem, measure planning and configuration subsystem, benefit evaluation and prediction subsystem. The system has been fully applied in the planning and management of soil and water conservation in Chaoyang City, which not only saves a lot of manpower and material resources and improves work efficiency, but also increases the accuracy, scientificness and objectivity of planning and management of water conservation. In the future, we will provide a powerful technical guarantee for the planning and management of water and soil conservation basins with a high starting point, high standard and high-tech content.
