在目前新形势下,山东省无偿献血工作面临巨大的压力与挑战。出现了供需矛盾突出、缺乏政府及社会支持、相关法律陈旧等新困难。在对山东省无偿献血工作面临的问题进行分析的基础上,本文指出只有加强无偿献血志愿者服务队建设、促进临床科学合理用血、广泛争取社会各界的大力支持、将无偿献血工作纳入法制化管理才能推进无偿献血事业的可持续发展。同时,对如何在新形势下创新血液管理,促进无偿献血事业健康发展进行了探讨。
Under the new situation at present, the unpaid blood donation work in Shandong Province faces tremendous pressure and challenges. There emerged new problems such as prominent contradiction between supply and demand, lack of government and social support, and obsolescence of relevant laws. Based on the analysis of the problems faced by the unpaid blood donation work in Shandong Province, this paper points out that only by strengthening the construction of volunteer service teams for unpaid blood donation, promoting the rational use of blood in clinical science and extensively striving for the vigorous support of all walks of life, Management can promote the sustainable development of unpaid blood donation. At the same time, it discusses how to innovate blood management and promote the healthy development of unpaid blood donation under the new situation.
