近日,美国心脏协会(American heart association)在一项科学会议中透露,75%的包装幼儿食品含钠量偏高。科学研究显示,摄取过量的钠会使幼儿易患高血压,长大后更偏爱咸的食品。一份含钠量超过210mg的幼儿食品就属于含钠量偏高了。研究者对1115种幼儿包装食品的钠含量进行了检测。研究显示,1~3岁幼儿的食品含钠量明显偏高,甚至有些食品含钠量高达630mg,占美国心脏协会建议的每日摄取量1500mg的四成。
Recently, the American Heart Association revealed at a scientific conference that 75% of packaged baby food products contain high levels of sodium. Scientific research shows that excessive intake of sodium will make young children susceptible to high blood pressure, grow up to prefer salty foods. A sodium content of more than 210mg of infant food belongs to the high sodium content. The researchers tested the sodium content of 1115 children’s packaged foods. Studies have shown that 1 to 3-year-old children’s food sodium significantly higher, and even some foods contain up to 630mg sodium, accounting for the American Heart Association recommended daily intake of 1500mg of 40%.
