本文结果显示,生长激素(GH)缺乏侏儒症患儿无明显的免疫缺陷。其淋巴细胞自发的和经PHA、PWM刺激之后的胞浆GH阳性细胞所占百分比与同龄正常儿童及正常成人数值之间无显著差异。体外试验中,特异性抗体阻断淋巴细胞自身合成的irGH使PHA诱导的增殖和ConA诱生的IFN-r产生水平都显著下降。以上结果表明,irGH参与免疫细胞活动的调节;垂体性侏儒症患儿淋巴细胞合成GH能力正常,可能是其免疫功能得以维持基本正常的重要因素之一。
The results of this study show that children with growth hormone (GH) deficiency dwarfism have no significant immunodeficiency. There was no significant difference in the percentage of cytosolic GH-positive cells in lymphocytes spontaneous and PHA, PWM-stimulated cells compared with normal children of the same age and normal adult. In vitro, specific antibodies blocking the irGH synthesized by lymphocytes spontaneously decreased PHA-induced proliferation and ConA-induced IFN-γ production. The above results indicate that irGH is involved in the regulation of immune cell activity; normal synthesis of GH by lymphocytes in children with pituitary dwarfism may be one of the important factors in maintaining the normal immune function.
