本文从社会冲突发生的社会背景,即社会快速转型期来对转型社会中的社会冲突根源进行剖析。结合体制转轨、社会整体结构过渡及社会形态变迁的快速转型期,分析中国社会经济发展失衡,文化价值观多元化,不同文化价值观的交织碰撞,影响社会和谐,改革中重大决策过程缺少公众参与。公众参与意愿的高涨与参与缺乏制度化、组织化和多渠道化相冲突矛盾,对社会发展来说存在一定的社会风险。
This article analyzes the root causes of social conflicts in transitional society from the social background of social conflicts, that is, the rapid social transition. In the light of the transition from the system, the transition of the overall social structure and the rapid transformation of social patterns, we analyze the imbalance of social and economic development, the diversification of cultural values and the intercrossing of different cultural values in China, affecting social harmony and lacking public participation in major decision-making processes during the reform. The high willingness of public participation conflicts with the lack of institutionalized, organized and multi-channel conflicts. There is a certain social risk to social development.
