在国资委倡导下,航空工业各企业内部陆续尝试推行价值管理,航空结构件制造项目作为一类主要业务单元,应该通过管理实践,建立对应的项目绩效评价方法,以促使航空制造类企业形成“企业——业务单元——员工”全价值链的绩效管理体系,并为企业形成各层面系统的价值管理体系奠定基础。本文正是结合具体航空结构件研制项目,探究项目中的绩效评价方法。
Under the auspices of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Republic of China (SASAC), all the aviation industry enterprises try to promote value management and aeronautical structural parts manufacturing projects as one of the major business units in succession. The corresponding project performance evaluation methods should be established through management practices to promote the formation of the aviation manufacturing enterprises “Business - business unit - staff ” the entire value chain performance management system and lay the foundation for the formation of the enterprise value management system at all levels of the system. This article is the combination of specific aviation structure development projects to explore the project performance evaluation method.
