一、爱孩子,才会让孩子爱上你,爱上数学教育,首先是充满情感的教育。一个受孩子衷心爱戴的老师,一定是一位最富有人情味的人,只有童心能唤醒爱心,只有爱心能滋润童心,离开情感,一切教育都无从谈起。想让孩子主动学习数学,那就要让孩子爱上数学。正所谓,“亲其师,信其道”。与其爱上数学,还不如先让孩子爱上你。首先,要关爱每一个孩子,尊重他们,相信他们,不放弃他们,尤其是学困生。要及时帮助他们弥补数学知识上的缺陷。使他们对学习数学有责任感。
