目的一些研究已经指出减低体重可以增加血液中抗炎因子的分泌并减少促炎因子,但是体重的减轻是否能改变这些脂肪因子mRNA的表达是未知的。因此本实验将会研究在减肥后,在肥胖小鼠脂肪组织里,与健康相关的脂肪因子的mRNA的表达情况。方法 12只LDLr(-/-)敲除的老鼠将会先诱导为肥胖,然后其中8只分为两组,一组持续高脂肪喂养,另一组改为低脂肪喂养以达到减轻体重的目的。82天之后,7个脂肪因子的mRNA表达将会被测量。结果 7个脂肪因子的表达在减肥组(HF×82)和肥胖组(LF×82)中并没有显著的区别。结论结论通过饮食诱导减轻体重之后,与健康相关的脂肪因子mRNA表达在动物模型中并没有改变。
Some studies have shown that weight loss can increase the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines in the blood and reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines, but whether weight loss can alter the expression of these adipokine mRNAs is unknown. Therefore, we will study the mRNA expression of adipogenesis-related adipokines in obese mice adipose tissue after weight loss. Methods Twelve LDLr (- / -) knockout mice were induced to be obese first, and then 8 of them were divided into two groups. One group continued to be high fat diet while the other group was changed to low fat diet to achieve weight loss . After 82 days, mRNA expression of seven adipokines will be measured. Results The expression of seven adipokines was not significantly different between the weight loss group (HF × 82) and the obesity group (LF × 82). Conclusions Conclusion After diet-induced weight loss, health-related adipokine mRNA expression has not changed in animal models.
