目的应用磁共振弥散张量成像(Diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)及波谱成像评价穴位埋线治疗血管性痴呆效果。方法回顾分析20例血管性痴呆患者治疗前后磁共振波谱及弥散张量不同脑白质区的各向异性分数(Fractional Anisotmpy,FA)的差异变化评价穴位埋线对血管性痴呆治疗效果。结果 20例中,治疗前后患者磁共振波谱显示双侧海马区NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr比值及胼胝体膝部、胼胝体压部、额叶、顶叶、海马FA值存在显著统计学差异性(p<0.05)。结论磁共振功能成像对评价穴位埋线治疗老年痴呆的效果有一定的指导作用,随着今后研究方法的不断完善,磁共振功能成像可能成为诊断和评估血管性痴呆患者的指标。
Objective To evaluate the effect of acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of vascular dementia with Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and spectral imaging. Methods The changes of anisotropy scores (Fractional Anisotmpy, FA) in 20 cases of vascular dementia patients before and after treatment were evaluated by magnetic resonance spectroscopy and diffusion tensor. Results Before and after treatment, the magnetic resonance spectroscopy showed significant differences in NAA / Cr, Cho / Cr ratio between the bilateral hippocampus and the corpus callosum knee, corpus callosum, frontal lobe, parietal lobe and hippocampus FA <0.05). Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging can guide the evaluation of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of senile dementia. With the improvement of the research methods in future, functional imaging of magnetic resonance imaging may become an index for the diagnosis and assessment of patients with vascular dementia.
