新的教育形势下,无论是对教师还是对学生都提出了新的要求,尤其是学生学习这一方面,对于学生的学习要求是一种个性化行为,教学中要利用课堂教学这一主阵地,充分发挥学生的个性。指导学生在此“阵地”中,轻松、愉悦地获取到知识,而不是要求学生在教师的强迫下,机械被动对知识进行重复、记忆。这样不但压制了学生本身的创造性和主动性,而且大大降低了课堂的活力,试想:学生长期处在这样一种环境氛围下,会得到怎样的一种教育呢?
Under the new educational situation, new demands are put forward both for teachers and students. Especially for students, the learning requirements for students are a kind of individualized behavior. In teaching, we should make use of the main position of classroom teaching , Give full play to the personality of students. Instruct students to gain knowledge easily and pleasurably in this “position ” instead of asking students to passively and mechanically duplicate and memorize knowledge under the force of teachers. This will not only suppress the creativity and initiative of the students themselves, but also greatly reduce the vitality of the classroom, imagine: a long time in such an environment, students will get what kind of education?
