对于我们军队来讲,加强党员先进性建设,就是要把党员先进性体现在履行军队根本宗旨上,体现在完成肩负的使命任务上,体现在提高保障打赢能力上。具体来讲,就是要做到“四个带头”。一、带头加强学习,在提高能力素质中树立党员先进性标准过硬的能力素质是党员跟上时代发展、永葆先进性的重要前提,也是衡量一名党员先进与否的根本尺度。因此,开展保持共产党员先进性教育,就要进一步强化科学技术是第一生产力的观念,带头抓学习、讲学习。一要切实
