随着我国高职教育提供人才数量的日益增加,学生就业问题不断涌现:就业难等现象值得大家思考,尤其值得我们职业教育者揣摩。一方面社会发展需要人才,另一方面又出现很多人才被“闲置”的矛盾的局面?我们作为教育的执行者能否通过自身的努力去改良这种局面?文中将先分析高等职业教育中出现的问题,然后就作为教育的载体也是执行者的教师讲述通过做到一专、两勿、三注、四倾、五修、六人,对高职教育载体进行改革,以提高学生主体的技能,培养社会需要的对口人才,让高职学生学以致用,学有所用。
