教学目标确定不容易?这在很多教师看来似乎不可思议。因为如果不是公开课,教学目标大概会直接从教学参考书誊写到教案中来;即使要上公开课,老师们也常常在教学设计和教学策略上花大力气,很少在教学目标的确定及叙写上用心。有识之士发现,当前语文教学有两个转变:从教学方法转向教学目标;从教的活动转向学的活动。两个转变可以说是提高课堂教学效益的根本。通过深入学校调研,我对教学目标的确定和叙写有了如下思考。
