实现新疆社会稳定和长治久安的根本出路在于加强民族团结,中华文化认同是凝聚民心实现大团结的精神源泉。这是由标本兼治的反恐维稳形势要求、多元文化的客观现状、宗教极端与民族分裂思想的原生性障碍及经济文化的落后性这一现实基础等多种因素决定的。解决这一问题的出路在于坚持兵团屯垦文化引导、依托民汉混居、大力推进双语教育基础工程、争夺青少年阵地、铸造社会主义核心价值观之魂。
The fundamental way to achieve social stability and long-term peace and stability in Xinjiang lies in strengthening national unity. The identification of Chinese culture is the spiritual source for unifying the people and realizing the great unity. This is determined by a variety of factors, including the requirement of treating the symptoms of terrorism in an attempt to stabilize the anti-terrorism situation, the objective status quo of multiculturalism, the original obstacles to religious extremism and ethnic separatism, and the backwardness of the economy and culture. The solution to this problem lies in adhering to the guidance of the Corps’ settlement culture, relying on the integration of the people and the Han people, vigorously promoting the basic education of bilingual education, competing for young people’s positions and casting the soul of the socialist core values.
