目的:通过对高频超声介导与X线电视监视下婴幼儿肠套叠空气加压灌肠整复的诊疗效果进行对比,评价高频超声介导下婴幼儿肠套叠空气加压灌肠整复的应用价值。方法:对该院2007年1月~2013年6月间经X线和高频超声确诊的580例婴幼儿肠套叠患儿随机分为A、B两组,各290例,A组进行高频超声介导下空气加压灌肠整复治疗;B组进行X线电视监视下空气加压灌肠整复治疗。结果:580例中高频超声确诊561例,X线平片确诊319例,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高频超声介导和X线电视监视下空气加压灌肠整复成功率分别为92.07%和95.86%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高频超声介导下空气加压灌肠整复婴幼儿肠套叠可完全代替X线电视监视下空气加压灌肠整复婴幼儿肠套叠,是目前诊治肠套叠时能避免X线辐射,对婴幼儿保护最好,最省时、安全、实用、有效的方法,值得临床大力推广。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the diagnosis and treatment of infantile intussusception with air-pressure enema under the guidance of high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray television, evaluate the effect of high-frequency ultrasound The application value. Methods: A total of 580 infants with intussusception confirmed by X-ray and high-frequency ultrasonography from January 2007 to June 2013 were randomly divided into A and B groups, 290 cases in each group. A group Ultrasound-mediated air-pressure enema re-treatment; B group X-ray TV under the pressure of enema enema surgery. Results: Among 580 cases, 561 cases were diagnosed by medium and high frequency ultrasound and 319 cases were diagnosed by plain radiography. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The successful rate of air-pressure enema-remediation under high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray TV monitoring was 92.07% and 95.86% respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasound-assisted air enema rectalization intussusception can completely replace the air-pressure enema under X-ray television to reconstruct the intussusception in infants and children. Radiation, the best protection of infants and young children, the most time-saving, safe, practical and effective method, worthy of clinical promotion.
