目的:探讨经特定炮制后的加味香砂六君子汤对化疗消化道反应的调节作用及其机理。方法:将90例患者随机分为2组各45例。治疗组采用标准化疗方案;第1~7天,口服特定炮制的加味香砂六君子汤。对照组采用标准化疗方案;第1~7天,口服生用的加味香砂六君子汤煎液。观察治疗前后2组患者消化道反应症状及胃肠激素促胃液素(Gas)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的变化情况。结果:2组临床疗效比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。化疗后2组患者CGRP、Gas水平均明显下降,治疗后第8天CGRP、Gas水平较第3天又有明显上升趋势,治疗组差异有显著性或非常意义性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),而对照组无差异。治疗后第8天2组间比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:特定炮制后的加味香砂六君子汤能增强对化疗消化道反应的治疗作用,其作用机理可能与调节患者胃肠激素水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the regulation of digestive tract reaction and its mechanism after the specially-made savory Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases. The treatment group with standard chemotherapy; 1 to 7 days, oral specific processing of flavored incense Liujunzi soup. Control group using standard chemotherapy; 1 to 7 days, oral administration of flavored incense sand Liujunzi decoction. The changes of digestive tract reaction and gastrointestinal hormone gas and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical curative effect (P <0.01). The levels of CGRP and Gas decreased significantly in both groups after chemotherapy. CGRP and Gas levels on the 8th day after treatment were significantly higher than those on the 3rd day (P <0.05, P < 0.01), while the control group no difference. There was a significant difference between the two groups on the 8th day after treatment (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The specially-prepared flavored Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can enhance the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy on gastrointestinal reactions, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients.
