<正>老年吸入性肺炎是指吸入有致病菌繁殖的口咽分泌物引发的肺部感染过程。目前,随着脑出血或脑血栓后遗症患者的增加及其无症状性吞咽障碍的广泛存在,老年吸入性肺炎占住院患者的比例逐年增加。而针对这一部分老年吸入性肺炎,目前的治疗措施主要是对症及支持治疗,患者住院时间长,经济负担重,病情易反复,严重者发生呼吸衰竭甚至急性呼吸
