本文提出经济人格的概念，认为它是市场经济的内在规则在经济主体的道德心灵境界内化和升华的结果，市场经济的稳定、繁荣和发展有赖于市场经济内在秩序的确立，而这种秩序本身的确立又依赖于外在的市场规则和内在的经济人格的双重完善。在社会主义市场经济中，经济人格主要是要求经济人的行为合乎社会主义的伦理规范、社会主义的法律规范和社会主义的制度规范。
This paper puts forward the concept of economic personality as the result of internalization and sublimation of the inherent rules of the market economy in the moral essence of the economic subject. The stability, prosperity and development of the market economy depend on the establishment of the internal order of the market economy, The establishment of itself relies on the dual perfection of external market rules and internal economic personality.
