研究了锌、铝喷涂层及普通碳钢(基体)在不同pH值环境介质中的耐腐蚀性能。浸泡实验失重研究及电化学极化曲线研究结果表明,在弱碱性溶液中锌喷涂层可提高耐蚀性;而在弱酸性溶液中铝喷涂层具有较好的耐蚀性。锌、铝喷涂层在酸性、碱性介质中的耐蚀机理可用电位—pH图来解释。
The corrosion resistance of zinc, aluminum sprayed coatings and plain carbon steel (matrix) in different pH environments were studied. The results of immersion experiment and electrochemical polarization curve show that zinc spray coating can improve corrosion resistance in weakly alkaline solution, while aluminum spray coating has better corrosion resistance in weakly acidic solution. Zinc, aluminum spray coating in acidic, alkaline corrosion resistance mechanism can be used potential-pH diagram to explain.
