班主任的角色是多样的:是一个班级的组织者和指导者;是学校教育计划的实施者;是班级任课教师集体的协调者;是学校、家庭、社会教育的沟通者。随着社会经济和文化迅速发展,中小学生道德行为出现很多新情况、新问题,对中小学教育也提出更高的挑战和要求,班主任工作只有不断紧跟时代的步伐,与时俱进,以人为本,讲究工作艺术,走进学生心灵,不断创新,认真对待每个学生,才能更好地教育学生,为我国社会主义教育事业作出最大的贡献。
The role of the head teacher is diverse: a class organizer and mentor; an implementer of school education programs; a collective coordinator of classroom instructor teachers; and a communicator of school, family and social education. With the rapid development of social economy and culture, there are many new situations and new problems in the moral behavior of primary and secondary school students, which pose higher challenges and requirements for primary and secondary education. Only by keeping pace with the times, the teacher in charge of a class must keep pace with the times and be people-oriented , Paying attention to the art of work, entering students’ minds, innovating and taking each student seriously, can we educate students better and make the greatest contribution to the socialist education in our country.
