运动性疲劳和恢复过程一直是体育科学研究的主要课题。本文根据网球运动性疲劳产生的机理,利用主观感觉和生理生化指标来判断运动性疲劳,提出预防和消除网球运动性疲劳的途径和方法。
Sports fatigue and recovery have always been the major topics in sports science research. This article based on the mechanism of tennis fatigue caused by exercise, the use of subjective perception and physiological and biochemical indicators to determine the exercise fatigue, put forward ways and methods to prevent and eliminate tennis fatigue.
