采用超音速火焰喷涂技术在45钢表面喷涂一层WC-12Co涂层,然后对其进行激光重熔处理,考察熔覆后涂层、低碳钢以及喷涂层的磨损性能。通过光学金相显微镜观察涂层断面的形貌,并且采用显微硬度计测试涂层的硬度。通过耐磨性实验,分析了基体、超音速火焰喷涂层及激光熔覆层的磨损量。WC-12Co激光熔覆层的耐磨性比基体组织的耐磨性提高了近3倍,也明显比超音速火焰喷涂层的耐磨性要好很多。
A layer of WC-12Co coating was sprayed on the surface of 45 steel by supersonic flame spraying technology. Then laser remelting was performed on the surface of 45 steel to examine the wear properties of the coating, the low carbon steel and the sprayed coating. The morphology of the cross-section of the coating was observed by an optical microscope and the hardness of the coating was measured with a micro-hardness tester. The wear resistance of matrix, supersonic flame sprayed layer and laser cladding layer were analyzed by wear resistance test. The wear resistance of WC-12Co laser cladding layer is nearly 3 times higher than the wear resistance of matrix structure, and also obviously better than that of supersonic flame sprayed layer.
