目的:缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗高血压合并糖尿病肾病的疗效研究。方法:随机选取2015年9月-2016年9月我院收治的高血压合并糖尿病肾病患者62例,分为两组,对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,研究组采用缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗,对比分析两组治疗疗效。结果:研究组治疗后TG、TC、UAER、舒张压及收缩压均优于对照组,P<0.05;且研究组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗高血压合并糖尿病肾病的疗效确切,可推广。
AIM: To investigate the curative effect of valsartan combined with Huang Kui Capsule in the treatment of hypertension and diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty-two patients with hypertension and diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with valsartan. The study group was treated with valsartan and Huang Kui capsule , Comparative analysis of two groups curative effect. Results: The TG, TC, UAER, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Valsartan combined with Huang Kui Capsule in the treatment of hypertension with diabetic nephropathy is effective and can be promoted.
