患者女,32岁。因阴道念珠菌感染,于2003年7月自购复方达克宁栓1粒,2次/d外用。至第3天晚上用药10min后,患者出现面色苍白、皮肤瘙痒,服用氯苯那敏8mg后,到我院就诊。就诊时约为服药后20min,患者已出现视力模糊、呼吸急促、胸闷、四肢麻木、流涕;随即出现意识丧失。查体:T36.8℃ Female patient, 32 years old.
