利用对比方法研究了电子束辐照高粱干种子的M_1代效应。结果表明:电子束的辐射损伤明显大于γ射线,其半致矮剂量为40Cy,显著低于γ辐射(400Cy),电子束辐射M_1代田间株型变化范围及比例,均高于相应的γ射线辐射;与γ辐射相同,不同粒色的品种对电子束辐射敏感性不同,白粒品种的辐射敏感性大于红粒品种,电子束辐照高粱干种子的适宜剂量范围:白粒品种30~50Gy,红粒品种100~150Gy(剂量率10Gy/s)。
The M_1 generation effect of electron beam irradiation on dry seeds of sorghum was studied by contrast method. The results showed that the radiation damage of electron beam was obviously greater than that of γ-ray, the half-short dose was 40Cy, which was significantly lower than that of γ-radiation (400Cy). The field range and proportion of electron beam irradiation M_1 were higher than that of corresponding γ-ray Radiation; the same with γ radiation, different grain color varieties of different sensitivity to electron beam radiation, white varieties of radiation sensitivity is greater than the red varieties, electron beam irradiation of sorghum dry seeds suitable dosage range: white varieties 30 ~ 50Gy , Red varieties 100 ~ 150Gy (dose rate 10Gy / s).
