四川省达县市第五中学1980年建校,现有教职工51人,学生近700人。近几年,调进该校(包括从大专院校分配)的青年教师占全校教师总数的54%。如何调动这批教师的工作积极性,使他们思想稳定,积极投身教育,教学工作,成为该校思想政治工作的重点。他们的做法有以下几点: 理解、信任、沟通思想学校领导为了增进与青年教师的相互理解,促进思想交流,时刻关心他们,做教师的知己。1986年下学期,一位青年教师从市内条件较好的一所中学调入五中。开始他嫌五中条件差而不愿来,调动通知发出一个多月才报到。学校领导热情迎接他并介绍了学校
