Clinical Significance of Anti-EBV-IgM Detection in Hepatitis Taiyuan Infectious Diseases Hospital (030012) Chen Xiuwei, Wang Xuefang, Xun Jian, Di Xiuzhen, Qi Meimei First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical College Zhao Longfeng In order to investigate the anti-EBV-IgM in hepatitis The exact meaning of the immune enzyme method we used in patients with acute and chronic hepatitis, anti-EBV-IgM detection and observed in children with anti-FBV-IgM positive group and its negative group of patients with the impact of the disease, the report is now As follows: Materials and Methods January 1990 to January, 955 cases of acute and chronic viral hepatitis in our hospital, 612 cases, 490 cases of adults, children (14 years of age) in 122 cases, admitted to hospital after the blood with immune enzymes Anti-EBV-IgM assay. Reagents by the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine Institute of Virology provided hepatitis room. Positive rate of anti-EBV-IgM: In 612 serum samples, anti-EBV-IgM positive 128 cases, accounting for 20.9%, of which 490 cases of adult serum samples, anti-EBV-IgM positive 74 cases 15.1%; 122 cases of pediatric serum samples, anti-EBV-IgM positive in 54 cases, accounting for 44.3%, the positive rate of anti-EBV-IgM in children was significantly higher than that of adults (/2>6.62,P<0 .01). Second, children are not associated with anti-EBV-IgM-positive acute jaundice hepatitis and associated with anti-EBV-IgM positive acute jaundice hepatitis (hereinafter referred to as acute yellow) group of the main disease and course of disease: simultaneous diagnosis and treatment is not associated with anti- -EBV-I
