CSP生产线轧机自动标定技术是CSP轧钢的技术重点与难点,实际生产中标定故障往往成为制约生产线稳定运行的关键因素。文章根据包钢CSP生产线多年运行中积累的经验,详细分析了自动标定过程与原理,为学习标定技术和处理生产线标定故障提供了技术参考。
CSP production line rolling mill automatic calibration technology is the key and difficult CSP rolling technology, the actual production of calibration faults often become the key factor restricting the stable operation of the production line. According to the experience accumulated in many years’ operation of Baosteel CSP production line, this paper analyzes the process and principle of automatic calibration in detail and provides a technical reference for learning calibration technology and dealing with calibration of production line.
