<正>"Tell Me a Riddle"is Tillie Olsen’ s elegy for Eva,who,with superficial placidity,is in fact a woman of tough experience and complicated inner world.From the changing perspectives of both Eva and her family,Olsen painted a series of pictures for us to piece up Eva’ s life.This paper tries to read these pictures so as to restore Eva’ s life to what it truly is.
