本文利用有限体积法采用Fluent软件对方柱绕流流场进行了全面数值模拟。影响钝体周围流场的数值模拟结果的因素主要有四种计算区域的尺寸、计算网格的大小和分布、离散格式的精度阶以及湍流模型。本文考虑了三种湍流模式(标准k-ε模式,RNGk-ε模式,realizablek-ε模型)对计算结果的影响,给出了数学模型和计算结果,并与实验数据进行了比较,旨在考虑不同模型计算结果的差异;同时对每种模式采用了五种不同的网格大小尺寸,比较了近壁面网格尺寸大小对计算结果的影响。结果表明,网格太粗或太细都影响结果的正确性,因此必须选一种合适的网格尺寸。
In this paper, the finite volume method is used to conduct a full numerical simulation of the flow field around the square column with Fluent software. The factors affecting the numerical simulation of the flow field around the bluff body mainly include the size of the four calculation regions, the size and distribution of the calculation grid, the accuracy order of the discrete format and the turbulence model. In this paper, the influence of three turbulence models (standard k-ε mode, RNGk-ε mode, realizablek-ε model) on the calculation results is considered. The mathematical model and calculation results are given and compared with the experimental data, Different models were used to calculate the difference of the results. At the same time, five different grid sizes were used for each mode, and the influence of the size of the near-wall grid on the calculation results was compared. The results show that the grid is too thick or too thin will affect the correctness of the results, it must choose a suitable grid size.
